We need:- Sales Executive
1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

Identify and reach out to potential corporate and individual clients.

Generate leads through calls, meetings, emails, and networking.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow-up system.
2. Building & Maintaining Client Relationships
-
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable car rental solutions.
-
Build long-term relationships with corporate travel coordinators and HR teams.
-
Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally.
3. Sales Presentation & Negotiation
-
Present Namo Car Club’s fleet, pricing, and service offerings effectively.
-
Prepare and share quotations based on client needs.
-
Negotiate pricing within company guidelines to close deals.
4. Coordination & Operations Support
-
Coordinate with the operations team to arrange vehicles and drivers.
-
Ensure accurate booking details and smooth service delivery.
-
Track daily bookings and provide updates to clients.
5. Reporting & Documentation
-
Maintain proper documentation of leads, conversions, and revenue.
-
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review.
-
Manage CRM entries and client follow-up logs.
-

Ability to explain services clearly and professionally

Ability to handle queries, concerns, and complaints calmly

Basic understanding of car rental operations

Familiarity with corporate travel requirements

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, Emails

CRM or lead management tools (optional but preferred)

Ability to prepare quotations and basic reports
